  • How do I schedule a consultation?

    The first step is to submit your inquiry form on the contact page. Once we receive your form, we will reach out to gather more details and send you an invitation for a complimentary zoom consultation.


  • When should I reaching out to book?

    We are a refined luxury company and only take on a limited number of events a year, because we value being intentional with our couple! We recommend that you reach out 12-18 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for planning.

  • How do I secure my date?

    We ask for a $300 non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. The signed contract and deposit is due within 2 weeks of receiving the contract. The remaining balance will be base on a suitable payment plan that works for you. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

  • What planning package do you offer?

    We offer full planning, partial planning, and month of coordination depending on your needs and budget.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Our Wedding Planning Package starts at $3,500

  • Wedding planner vs. venue coordinator?

    A venue coordinator focuses on venue-specific details (food, staff, space), while a wedding planner manages every aspect of the wedding, from invitations to send-off.

  • Can you help us stay within our budget?

    Absolutely — part of our role is helping you allocate funds wisely, recommend cost-effective vendors, and prevent overspending.

  • Can you work with our chosen vendors?

    Yes — we’re happy to collaborate with your existing vendors or recommend trusted professionals from our network.

  • Do you do wedding styling and décor?

    Yes! We highly recommend adding on our Styling and Floral Service for a full floral design experience!
